Assertive sentence to Interrogative করার সহজ নিয়ম

Transformation of Sentences: Assertive sentence to Interrogative:

Assertive to Interrogative করার সহজ কিছু নিয়মাবলি নিম্নে দেয়া হল।

Rule-01:

👉Am, is. are, was, were, shall, should, will, would, may, might, can, could. must, used to, ought to যুক্ত Affirmative Sentence কে Interrogative করার সময় উক্ত verb গুলি Sentence এর শুরুতে বসে + Subject + বাকি অংশ + প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন বসে।

• Affir: He is present in the meeting.
• Inter: Is he present in the meeting?

• Affir: They can do the work.
• Inter: Can they do the work?

Rule-02:

👉Principal verb হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত to have verb (have, has, had) যুক্ত Sentence-কে Interrogative করার নিয়মঃ প্রদত্ত Verb + Subject + বাকি অংশ + প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন বসে (British পদ্ধতিতে)।

Or, do/does/did+ Subject+have+ Verb-এর পরের অংশ+ প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন(American পদ্ধতিতে)।

• Affir: He has a pen.
• Inter: Has he a pen? Or Does he have a pen?

• Inter: Had he a pen?
• Affir: He had a pen. Or Did he have a pen?

Rule-03:

👉Auxiliary verb বিহীন Present Indefinite Tense যুক্ত Assertive Sentence কে Interrogative করার নিয়ম: Do/ Does + Subject + প্রদত্ত Principal verb-এর Present form+ বাকি অংশ + প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন বসে।

1. Affir: They go to school.
2. Inter: Do they go to school?

Rule-04:

👉Auxiliary verb বিহীন Past Indefinite Tense যুক্ত Assertive Sentence কে Interrogative করার নিয়মঃ Did + Subject + প্রদত্ত Verb টির Present form+ বাকি অংশ + প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন বসে ।

• Affir: He went to market.
• Inter: Did he go to market?

• Inter: Did he play football?
• Affir: He played football.
