Bangladesh Tax Commissioner’s Office is a government owned company. Good news for those candidates who are interested in working in the tax commission! 2022 Tax Commission Job Circular has been published.
Both male and female candidates can apply. However, candidates from all districts will not be able to apply. Only candidates from Rajshahi, Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Pabna and Natore districts can apply.

Position Name: Shorthand Scribe-cum-Computer Operator
Number of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Other qualifications: Speed of words per minute in shorthand in Bengali and English 50 and 60 respectively, Speed of words per minute in computer typing 25 and 30 in Bengali and English respectively.
Salary Scale: BDT. 11,000 – 26,590.

Application Eligibility
Age: General candidates should be between 18 to 30 years of age. Age must be within 31 January 2022. The maximum age limit for quota candidates is 32 years.

You must provide accurate information when filling out the form. Once the form is completed, you must revise it once and then submit. When you have successfully completed the application online, print and save the copy of the application.
Application fee submission procedure
Application fee for the post mentioned in serial number 01-05 of notification is Rs.
You have to pay the application fee through TeleTalk Pre-paid SIM using the User ID in the application copy. How to do? Let’s not look.
First SMS: Go to message option and type TAXRAJ <space> User ID and send to 16222.
Second SMS: Retype TAXRAJ <space> YES <space> PIN and send to 16222.
Information regarding recruitment test
The recruitment test of the tax commission will be in 03 steps.
The steps are-
- Written test
- Practical tests (where applicable);
- And oral examination.
Only those candidates who have passed the written and practical examination will get the opportunity to participate in the oral examination.
Candidates will be informed about the examination schedule via SMS. You can also find out through the notice board of the daily newspaper and the official site of the tax commission office.
Admission ticket download
Admission will be published in due course after completion of online application process. Eligible candidates will be notified via SMS once the admission form is published. Admission notice will also be published on taxraj.teletalk.com.bd website. Once the admit card is published, you can download it from that website.
It is important to remember that the same admission card must be taken during the written and oral examinations. So even after the written test, the admission card has to be saved.
