Medical Admission Circular 2022 (MBBS 1st Year)
Public and private medical admission notices have been issued and eligibility for application for public and private medical admissions is 2021-2022. Applications for admission to MBBS courses in medical colleges in the academic year 2022 are published on the website dghs.gov.bd and dgme.teletalk.com.bd of the Department of Health. Candidates can apply online as per Medical Admission Policy 2022. According to the notification, the eligibility for admission application for SSC and HSC has been fixed as GPA-9.

Eligibility for Medical Admission Test 2022
Citizen students of Bangladesh who have passed SSC or equivalent examination in English 2018 or 2019 and HSC or equivalent examination in English in 2020 or 2021 including Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be eligible to apply for admission. Students who have passed SSC / equivalent examination before 2017 will not be considered as eligible to apply.
MAT GPA in both SSC / Equivalent and HSC / Equivalent examinations in all domestic and foreign education programs should be at least 9.00. In case of non-tribal candidates from all tribal and hill districts, the minimum GPA in SSC / equivalent and HSC / equivalent examinations should be at least 6.00. However, if the GPA is less than 3.50 in any test alone, you will not be eligible to apply.
Must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in Biology in HSC / equivalent examination for all.
Medical Admission Test Syllabus 2022
1 (one) hour written test of 100 (one hundred) MCQ questions of 100 (one hundred) number will be held.
Number cutting
In 2021 academic year, MBBS / BDS admission test is the maximum number of candidates who have passed the previous year’s HSC exam. (Aggregated) Number (15 times GPA obtained in SSC / Equivalent Examination + 25 times GPA obtained in HSC / Equivalent Examination + Number obtained in Admission Examination) from 05 (Five) and the previous year Government Medical or Dental College / Unit In case of students enrolled in, merit list will be prepared by deducting 7.5 (seven point five) marks from the obtained marks. 0.25 will be deducted for each wrong answer in the written test.
Side number
Must get minimum 40 marks out of 100 marks in written test. Those who get less than 40 marks in the written test will be considered as unsuccessful. Only successful candidates will be included in the merit list.
Number on GPA
The GPA obtained in SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations should be determined as 200 marks and evaluated as under:
15 times GPA obtained in SSC / equivalent examination = 75 marks (maximum)
25 times GPA obtained in HSC / equivalent examination = 125 marks (maximum)
Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the written admission test and the result obtained in SSC / equivalent and HSC / equivalent examinations.
Application fee submission procedure
The online application will not be considered final until the application fee has been submitted. The fee submission procedure is described step by step-
Go to the Message option of Teletalk’s Prepaid mobile phone, type MBBS, enter User ID with space and send SMS to 16222.
Example:
First Message: Write MBBS <Space> FRLGCT and send to 16222.
Consent will be sought in the return SMS with a PIN, name of the candidate and deduction of Rs.1000 / – (one thousand) as examination fee. To give consent you need to send SMS to 16222 as follows.
Go to Message option, type MBBS, write YES with space, write PIN with space, space with maximum four Center Code (Table 1) with comma (,) and send SMS to 16222.
Example:
Second Message: Type MBBS <Space> YES <Space> 456789 <Space> 15,16,22,51 and send to 1622.
If the PIN number is written correctly, 1000 / (one thousand) rupees will be deducted from the Teletalk’s Prepaid mobile for the examination fee and the candidate will be given a User ID and Password in the return SMS stating the name of the examination center.
You need to download the entry form using User ID and Password.
Rules of application

Information that will be required to complete the application form
1. Image: Scanned or oiled image on digital camera and size 300 x 300 pixels. However, the image size should not exceed 100 KB.
2. Signature: It should be scanned by signing on a white paper. The scanned image size should be 300 x 80 pixels. However, the file size will not exceed 60 KB.
3. Address: Candidate’s District, Current Address, Permanent Address (District, Thana / Upazila, Paste Code etc.) must be written in English.
4. Preferred list: The names of the admitted medical colleges should be written in the order of their choice. Because once the order of preference is given, it will not change. The list of medical calls is given in the notification.
